Charmaleena will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge within one week of date of purchase for gold jewellery. .

What do I do if my Charmaleena jewellery is lost or stolen? 
The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.

My Charmaleena jewellery is damaged. What should I do? 
We politely request that faulty or damaged items are returned to a retailer to be sent to our Repairs and Services Department for assessment. The store will be able to keep you up to date with the progress of your repair/replacement and the item will be returned to the store when the assessment/repair is complete.

Can my Charmaleena jewellery be repaired? 
This depends on the work required and will be evaluated on assessment.

We offer a repairs service , charges must be paid to a Chamraleena retailer.

In some circumstances it may not be possible to repair the damage caused.
