Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Confirmed payments made before 12:00 pm (UTC / GMT +3 Hours) will receive their Tracking number.

Delivery time depends on the delivery location; delivery time can vary. We will endeavor to ship your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment. We will use a signed-for / courier service, which can take between 2 and 7 working days.
Charmaleena Jewellery is not liable for additional costs related to customs duty and import charges that may occur. This is the customer’s responsibility.We will not charge you any duty, tax, or import charges upon check-out. We therefore recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to completing your purchase.
ONLINE ORDERS SHIPPING POLICY
For places of shipment, please refer to the list of countries from DHL / FedEx. Please note that charmaleena does not ship to PO BOXES.
We will use reasonable efforts to ensure a minimum lead time for delivery from the date of your order.
*Weekends & Federal holidays will not be considered a regular business day regarding estimated delivery lead time.
When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification, and order processing. Once the order is processed and ready for shipment, we will email you an advance shipment notification. The minimum shipment processing time is three days upon confirmation of the order.
When ordering on the Website or through the Customer Care Center, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information related to the delivery of goods.
Each delivery package will contain, in addition to your purchased charmaleena product: (i) all related accessories, if any, as applicable, and the Warranty Card and/or Certificate of Authenticity, as applicable; (ii) the packing slip with a price.
charmaleena insures each purchase when it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
We require a recipient's signature confirming your acceptance of each Samra product delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes.
